THE SOLUTION
Working from suspended scaffolds (“swing stages”), a complete façade upgrade was undertaken. The works included concrete and render repair, re-sealing of joints, miscellaneous repairs to windows and louvres plus a full clean and application of a protective coating to the entire facade. Work proceeded within strict constraints on “noisy work” time with a fully occupied building and a busy public thoroughfare below.
THE RESULT
A significant CBD building restored to an “as-new” appearance.
